- Depot Collection is available for bulky and heavy grates and drains over 2m long
- Free pickup is possible from St Marys or Belmore warehouses, excluding bulky items. Some bulky items require pickup due to size and weight, but this can be discussed
- Truck delivery is eligible for Structural Steel products, Lintels, Landscape and gardening supplies, Hardware, Grates & Drains (depending on availability), and Any other items exclusively stocked at our St Marys warehous
- Courier delivery is eligible for Grates & Drains >2m in length and most builder's hardware items (excluding items in the Fasteners category)
Note: Orders with a total weight below the maximum limit are allowed via courier. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the maximum weight allowance.

- Depot Collection points are all across Australia. After entering your delivery details in our Checkout, you will automatically be suggested the closest depot
- Free Pickup Locations are at St Mary's (Steel Builders Warehouse) and Belmore (Vincent Buda & Company Warehouse)
- Courier delivery is available Australia-wide for smaller orders and eligible items.
- Truck delivery is available for Sydney Metro and surrounding areas as well as ACT postcodes.
- Depot delivery times vary depending on the depot location, lead times and stock availability for your selected products. Deliveries to NSW can typically take 1-3 business days, while deliveries to WA may take 3-5 business days.
- For pickups from our Sydney warehouses, the usual timeframe is the next day for eligible orders. However, this timeframe may vary for special or custom items. Please contact us directly for more accurate estimates.
- Courier shipment delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can expect your order to be delivered within 5 business days across all state/territory capital cities.

- Truck Lead times for items not considered ‘pick and pack’ or items not in stock depend on various factors out of our control and can change daily. While we can ensure your order will be delivered ASAP, you can call our friendly service team to fet a specific timeframe if you’re concerned.
